I would love the recipe for the togarashi aioli. Your nearest restaurant to my location is 3 hour drive. It is the only stop I make when I am in the area and I must have your ahi carpaccio.

My son, nephew and I, traveled from Alaska down to Bellevue Washington, had 2 dinner’s and a lunch at your wonderful restaurant. Not only was your food over the top delightful, but your entire staff were all so friendly and fun to spend some time with. We ordered the avocado egg rolls, and the cashew oriental salad. Would it be possible to get both recipes, including the dressing and sauce used on both? In fact, do you have a salad recipe cookbook or some other way for me to obtain these recipes? I promise that I won’t give it out to anyone. I truly mean this! If you ever decide to bring a Cheesecake Factory to Anchorage… please let me know! Thank you and continued success~ Julie
