The Cheesecake Factory™

The very first Cheesecake Factory™ was opened in Beverly Hills, CA in 1978.  Founder David Overtony wanted to create a restaurant with a very diverse menu, large portions and, of course, plenty of options for the cheesecake lover in (almost) all of us.

David’s parents Evelyn and Oscar Overton started the first actual factory in their basement in 1949.  Eventually they moved the factory to Beverly Hills and things began to grow. It was their son David who took things to a whole new level.  To this day, they’re still shipping cheesecake all over the country.

Chicken Madeira
The most popular chicken dish at The Cheesecake Factory™. Sauteed chicken breast topped with fresh asparagus and melted mozzarella cheese, covered with fresh mushroom madeira sauce.

With all of the different ingredients and sauces, these lettuce wraps are perfect for sharing with a group.  These make a great dish for bringing to a pot luck.

Original Cheesecake
For what you would pay for one slice of cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory, you can make an entire cake. It’s not nearly as difficult as people claim.  I’ve made this several times and it comes out perfect.

Pumpkin Cheesecake
All of the rich and creamy goodness of The Cheesecake Factory cheesecake with a wonderful taste of pumpkin.  This makes a great dessert during the holidays or anytime of year.  Hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice will be wafting through your house this bakes.  Not for the weak willed.

Pasta Da Vinci
Sauteed chicken, mushrooms, onions and garlic in a delicious Madeira wine sauce tossed with penne pasta and Parmesan cheese.

I would love the recipe for the togarashi aioli. Your nearest restaurant to my location is 3 hour drive. It is the only stop I make when I am in the area and I must have your ahi carpaccio.Love it.

My son, nephew and I, traveled from Alaska down to Bellevue Washington, had 2 dinner's and a lunch at your wonderful restaurant. Not only was your food over the top delightful, but your entire staff were all so friendly and fun to spend some time with. We ordered the avocado egg rolls, and the cashew oriental salad. Would it be possible to get both recipes, including the dressing and sauce used on both? In fact, do you have a salad recipe cookbook or some other way for me to obtain these recipes?
